Shipping, Delivery and Returns has an expert watch specialists team that checks each and every watch before dispatch. They check all essential functions, battery status and product condition before dispatch. In case any of our product is found to have an issue then the shipment of the following is not sent and the product is returned to the brand from which it came. We dispatch 100% error free products as to avoid customer hassles after delivery.

Shipping Method:  We have tied up with reputed courier brands like Bluedart, Delhivery, etc. Our shipments are packed in a corrugated box with bubble wraps if needed and then in a tempered proof packaging to avoid in transit tampering. This all is done under a CCTV table where we clearly record how the package is packed. The packaging that we use is displayed below. This cannot be opened and hence if someone tries to open it, then he/she needs to reseal it with a TAPE. A customer is requested not to accept any taped shipment. They can ask for Open deliveries only in case of TAPED Shipments.

No Open Deliveries: - We send your order with reputed couriers Only. They don’t offer open deliveries. So, our team checks each and every product before dispatch. Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned or Claimed. Just check the seal and be confident that the package will be safe and secured.

Easy Returns: We offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for your money back, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Clearance Sale Goods: These goods might have some unnoticable scratches on it. They can be returned for exchange only and customer will get only store credit against it. You can buy any other watch in exchange and adjust the amount for the price at present.

Returns: - All items purchased from can be returned for money back within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product should come with all brand tags and lamination on it as it will be resold, it will be rejected in case any of the same is missing. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) will be credited in the same mode of payment, in case of COD it will be transferred to your savings account, we will ask for the same as the product is received.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 7 days.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
